After staying
in Kathmandu for four months, it's time to continue the world tour. Next
stop: India.

As
I'm planning to go to Sri Lanka after India, we're going to take the east
coast. Madras seems to be the perfect place before the hop across to the
island. I just discovered the place is now called Chennai. It's an important
port of around four million people.

Taking
off from Nepal and leaving the tall mountains behind us.

After
flying over land, we reach the Bay of Bengal, and then turn right. Beautiful
reflecting sunlight on the Bay.

We've landed at the airport; there're a couple of
Indian Airlines on the tarmac. We had quite a long flight today; four
hours of pixelated glory, and it's worth every cent!
